Pour stew into a saucepan. 2. Heat on low-medium, stirring occasionally, for 6–8 minutes until hot throughout.

Suitable for freezing. Freeze on day of purchase and consume within 1 month. Defrost thoroughly before heating and use within 48 hours. Once defrosted, do not re-freeze.
